    Branch Manager Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
    • Assess market conditions and identify new opportunities for expansion.
    • Maintain knowledge of competitors' pricing and sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
    • Oversee all operational aspects, including product distribution, customer experience, and branch staff management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university.
    • Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia.
    • Detail-oriented and customer service focused with good knowledge of people management.
    • Some knowledge or experience in K-12 Education is a plus.
