- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in energy sector operations, with a focus on power plants and strategic leadership.
- Highest level operational inspector certificate (Pengawas Utama K3 Migas) required, along with relevant certifications in Health, Safety, and Environmental.
- Proven track record in managing complex power plant operations, strong financial acumen, and in-depth knowledge of energy market dynamics.
