About The Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Sales Manager to join our team in Indonesia. You will be responsible for managing national account sales and developing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.Key responsibilities include negotiating commercial terms with platforms, securing campaign slots and co-op deals, executing promotions and upselling packs, ensuring store-level execution, and owning Trade Investment budget.
KPIs include Sell-In/Sell-Out delivery vs target, Market Share, Average Order Value (AOV), % sales from big pack, TI budget within target, Promotion ROI.
- Proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets.
- Strong commercial insight and astute P&L management with the capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
