Some of your duties will include:

• Oversee and manage LNG Facility operations during assigned shifts.
• Hold as loading master during LNG unloading operation and coordination with Marine operation.
• Review and approve work permits and ensure the works executed safely.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordination and cooperation with CCPP and SMELTER Gas Delivery Supervisor/Dispatcher.
• Organize Operators in recording and observing engine operation parameters.
• Set up the Operators assignment at the time of the shift.
• Periodic observation of supporting equipment in the field and delegating to Operators.
• Compile and summarize logbook of all parameters to Operation Engineer.
• Monitor and control LNG processing equipment, including liquefaction, storage, and vaporization units.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies or abnormal operating conditions.
• Coordinate with emergency response teams and implement emergency procedures as needed.
• Conduct thorough shift handovers, communicating key information to the oncoming shift.
• Document and report any abnormalities, incidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
• Implement corrective actions to address equipment malfunctions or deviations from operational standards.
• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the shift team.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health, and Environment of work area.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Holder of bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Holder of valid Pengawas K3 Migas certificate.
• Minimum 10 (ten) years experiences as an operator of LNG Facility or liquefaction plant.
• Experienced in operation of LNG Facility or liquefaction Plant.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in leading and promoting a safety-focused culture.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
• Having good knowledge of LNG Facility or liquefaction Plant.
• Have management and leadership skills.
• Fluently both speaking and written in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and management.
• Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges in real-time.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a shift team.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and any related Gas Plant Software.
• Familiarity with control systems, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures
• In-depth understanding of LNG processes, equipment, and Facility operations.
