Job Title: Construction Site Leader

Description:

We are seeking an experienced construction site leader to oversee and instruct our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the construction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and instruct the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Enforce site safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle site accidents in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance and performance.
• Evaluate the performance of construction employees and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and quality standards.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
• Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and S curves.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
