We are looking for an individual who can elevate our culinary standards and deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a 3 or 4-star hotel environment.
• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Culinary Expertise: Excellence in Indonesian cuisine (Nusantara) and proficiency in international cuisines (Western/Asian).
• Management Skills: Strong background in Food Cost Control (COGS) and inventory management without compromising quality.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large kitchen teams, providing professional training, and maintaining high staff discipline.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Innovation: Design, develop, and regularly update menus (Ala Carte, Buffet, and Banquet) in accordance with market trends and guest preferences in Batulicin.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the established standards of taste, presentation, and cleanliness.
• HACCP & Sanitation: Take full responsibility for kitchen hygiene standards, Food Safety (HACCP), and compliance with health protocols.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team for events/weddings and coordinate directly with the General Manager regarding F&B budgets and profit targets.
