Strong fundamentals in functional, regression, and exploratory testing
Clear understanding of SDLC, sprint workflows, and release cycles
Good communication skills, able to understand requirements clearly and ask relevant questions during grooming and refinement sessions
Strong grasp of bug severity vs priority and impact on releases
Experience working with Postman and Jira
Fintech or payments domain experience is a strong plus
Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a QA Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field from a top university

Support day-to-day delivery testing with solid core testing skills
Write structured test cases and report defects clearly with proper evidence
Deep-dive, reproduce issues, and support RCA
Test both Frontend and Backend, including integration/API flows
Understand requirements and ask relevant questions during grooming and refinement sessions Qualifications
