Job Description :
a. Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang prinsip-prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku umum (GAAP).
b. Kemampuan analisis data keuangan yang baik, teliti dan akurat
c. Mahir dalam menggunakan software akuntansi dan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel).
d. Mencatat semua transaksi keuangan, melakukan rekonsiliasi secara berkala perusahaan secara akurat dan tepat waktu ke dalam sistem akuntansi.
e. Membantu dalam pengelolaan buku besar (general ledger), Laporan keuangan, (laba, rugi, neraca, arus kas ).
f. Mengelola catatan piutang dan utang perusahaan, termasuk penagihan piutang dan pembayaran utang.
g. Membantu dalam pengelolaan aset perusahaan, termasuk pencatatan, inventarisasi, dan perhitungan depresiasi.
h. Membantu dalam menyiapkan dan melaporkan pajak-pajak perusahaan (PPN, PPh 21, PPh Badan).
i. Menyimpan dan mengarsipkan dokumen-dokumen keuangan .
Job Requirement :
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan ( bid. Terkait )
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staff Accounting .
- Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi dan laporan keuangan.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (rumus dasar hingga menengah).
- Memahami perpajakan dasar (PPN & PPh menjadi nilai tambah).
- Pengalaman dalam menggunakan software akuntansi (misalnya: Accurate, SAP Business One, MYOB).
- Memiliki rasa Integritas tinggi ,jujur,bertanggung jawab, disiplin, proaktif, inisiatif, cekatan dan mandiri
