- Strategically manage and optimize the hotel's presence, performance, and rate parity across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
- Develop and maintain extensive network and strong professional relationships within key OTAs and online distribution channels.
- Implement and manage the mapping of rates, inventory, and promotions strictly based on the hotel's Revenue Management policy and strategy.
- Actively manage relationships and sales with offline travel agencies and wholesale partners.
- Generate accurate sales reports, conduct market analysis, and provide insights to the General Manager.
- Work closely with the Reservations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of pricing and promotional strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Sales or Revenue roles within a 4-5 star hotel environment.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain strong working relationships with OTAs (e.g., , Expedia, Agoda, etc.).
- Demonstrable expertise in mapping rates and inventory across various distribution channels based on a structured Revenue Management policy.
- A strong existing network and working relationship with local and regional travel agencies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
- Willingness to relocate to/work in Lombok.
