Job summary
Manage office facilities equipment and utilities to ensure smooth daily operations coordinate with building management security and external vendors for office services and maintenance handle contracts and service agreements with suppliers related to general affairs such as cleaning office equipment catering transportation support employee welfare programs such as health safety workplace ergonomics and staff events ensure compliance with company standards on security safety and environmental practices oversee asset management and inventory of non-production equipment provide support for company events CSR activities community engagement assist in implementation of cost-control measures for office services facilities.
