Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy
Oversee accounting daily operations
Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, etc
Monitor and analyze accounting data
Set up and monitor members' KPIs
Regularly produce financial reports and statements
Encourage other employees to adhere to standards
Perform and oversee annual audits
Other task as assigned・Have work experience min 5 years as Accounting Manager in a Japanese manufacturing company・Posses Bachelor degree from Accounting major・Hold Brevet A & B・Computer skill・Experiend preparing budget, forecast, cashflow, financial statement・Business English ・Willing to work in Depok
