- A bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering) or a related field is required. Possessing a master's degree is advantageous.
- Extensive experience (minimum of 10 years) in managing the operations of a combined cycle gas power plant.
- Strong technical expertise in gas turbine, steam turbine, and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) operation and maintenance is essential.
- Thorough understanding of the systems, processes, and equipment involved in combined cycle gas power plants with knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to power plant operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in analyzing data and interpreting technical information.

Job Description
Reporting to the Project Director, the Operations Manager will be responsible in overseeing and coordinating all plant operations, with a focus on achieving optimal performance and upholding safety and environmental compliance. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of operators and technicians, monitoring plant performance, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
