    Deskripsi

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and manage the team to align with departmental priorities and objectives.
    • Manage the end-to-end QA process to ensure all products meet customer red tag standards.
    • Develop the team to ensure each member possesses the necessary skillsets to achieve and support overall QA objectives.
    • Ensure the required QA coverage and focus is aligned with QA resources.
    • Align team KPIs and drive results through regular individual appraisals, comparing objectives to achievements and realigning as necessary.
    • Align with organization / business direction, such as country of origin, vendor base / capacity / quality expectation, speed/ lead time and cost, product allocation strategy and new vendor development.
    • Manage the end-to-end QA process from pre-production to bulk production process and activities.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and establish pre-determined quality performance indicators.
    • Establish platforms (e.g. root cause/solution library) for lesson learned activities.
    • Develop quality performance awareness review by creating quality performance improvements programs and methodology for performance improvement validation.
    • Establish a forum to enable understanding of latest manufacturing technology.
    • Champion "Right First Time" cultural behavior.
    • Execution of standardized processes, methodologies, and resource management that are aligned across regions.
    • Support the QIR process and partner with US QA / product performance team.
    • Engage with cross-functional partners on key quality performance statistics.
    • Educate cross-functional partners on new QA processes / performances / initiatives.
    • Contribute to Design pass-off meetings, line reviews, test lot evaluations, and pre-production meetings.
    • Conduct quality performance meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent.
    • 10-15 years of technical quality assurance and risk management experience within the garment industry.
    • Direct and able to influence factories on production issues.
    • Ability to envision change and support Strategic Initiatives across the Business.
    • Strategic thinker with advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication, and production processes.
    • Able to navigate and serve as a trusted adviser to leadership.
    • Hands-on experience in GSD is an advantage.
    • Well organized, sharp attention to detail, advanced communication skills and able to motivate and encourage associates whilst under pressure.
    • Proficient in Word, advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
