Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Staff to join our established English course in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

This role involves managing both consumer (C2C) and business (B2B) client relationships, ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

A key part of the role includes conducting regular sales calls and meetings to meet enrollment targets and foster partnerships.

Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for education are essential for success in this position.


Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in C2C and B2B sales, preferably in the education industry.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum English proficiency at B1 level (intermediate) as per CEFR standard.
• Target-driven with a strong customer and sales orientation.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willing to work onsite in Kelapa Gading
