Job summary
Contact Center Inbound job involves handling inquiries, requests and complaints from customers via various channels.
Responsibilities
- Handling inquiry, request and complaint from existing or non-customer via walk-in channel, call-in channel, email, website, WhatsApp and social media
- Provide information as customer needs and assigned to related division if needed according to the type of the information, report using the MIS system
- Check and monitor all the customer's request that has been recorded in MIS system every day to received information and/or solution from related division
- Closed and ensure that the information has been delivered to customers once the problem has been solved
