    Job Requirements

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role.
    • Experience in producing TSD, FSD, ERD, SRS, and User Manuals.
    • Proficiency in BPMN and UML.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
    • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Visio.
    • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
    • Able to join immediately.
    • Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta.

    Job Description
    • Prepare high-quality and detailed documentation related to system development processes, including system design, process flows, interface design concepts, and technical guidelines.
    • Ensure that all documents provide accurate information in a clear and easily understandable format.
    • Translate business requirements into functional documentation that is comprehensible for both technical and non-technical teams.
    • Master the principles of creating schematics, diagrams, BPMN, flowcharts, and use case documentation.
    • Develop and maintain internal project documentation such as FSD, BRD, TSD, User Manuals, BPMN, diagrams, and other essential documents for project continuity.
    • Conduct version control and maintenance of documentation to track periodic updates and ensure that all documents reflect the latest version with the appropriate level of information.
    • Understand and implement established quality matrices and ensure all documentation meets the required standards.
    • Participate in the User Requirement Gathering process to explore project scope and workflow for product development.
    • Assist system analysts in implementing technical documentation during the development phase.
