Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and technical maintenance plans for machinery.
• Prepare, supervise, and evaluate Predictive & Preventive Maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and control the implementation of Corrective Maintenance in the event of machine breakdowns.
• Oversee maintenance and repair processes to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
• Conduct periodic evaluations and improvements of industrial machine operations.
• Ensure all machinery remains safe, stable, and meets factory production requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety and environmental security.
• Submit purchase requests for goods, materials, or spare parts required for machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with project organizers, company management, and direct subordinates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Factory Maintenance & Production.
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (K3) standards and Risk Management.
• Willing to be placed in Boyolali, Central Java.
