    Overview of the Role:

    The Career Framework Specialist plays a crucial role in designing and maintaining organizational talent structures, translating complex role dynamics into clear, scalable career paths. You'll bring clarity to organizational complexity by crafting intuitive job architectures that support talent growth and alignment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Designing and maintaining career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.

    - Building and updating role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.

    - Ensuring consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent-related structures.

    - Partnering with Talent Acquisition Leaders to align role frameworks with business needs.

    - Documenting and communicating updates in a clear, structured, and globally usable way.

    - Supporting audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

    Requirements:

    - Experience: 3+ years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.

    - Design Skills: Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.

    - Analytical Ability: Strong capability to analyze and structure information into clear frameworks.

    - Communication: Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

    - Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional HR or Talent teams.

    - Technical Skills: Advanced experience with Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.

    Desired Tools Experience:

    - Documentation platforms like Notion or Confluence.

    - Flowchart/mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.

    Personal Attributes:

    - Systems and structural thinking.

    - Passion for clarity and logical problem-solving.

    - Ability to translate complex information into intuitive frameworks.

    - Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    - Skill in collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
