Job summary
Act as the primary technical counterpart to the client, working under the guidance of the Technical Analytics Consultant Manager to define scope and feasibility.Translation technical terms into clear understandable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to diagnose client pain points and recommend tailored technical solutions.Support as feedback loop between market and Technical Analytics team to refine product offerings based on real-world client needs.Able draft email correspondence clients organize service meetings coordinate schedules internal team-client.Responsibilities
- Support in high-impact data-driven sales presentations proposals.
- Support lead client pitches demo sessions confidence effectively communicating value proposition technical products.
- Collaborate with Manager Scrum PIC draft Statements Work SOWs that protect delivery team meeting client expectations.
