    About the Role

    Rosé All Day is looking for a KOL Lead who's passionate about building meaningful creator partnerships and turning cultural moments into measurable brand growth. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the science behind performance—balancing creative instinct with data-driven execution.

    You'll take the lead in shaping and executing our influencer strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms—owning campaign direction, driving performance impact, and strengthening Rosé All Day's presence in Indonesia's beauty community. From identifying rising creators to managing launch campaigns, you'll ensure every collaboration feels authentic, strategic, and results-oriented.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute full influencer/KOL strategies aligned with brand & launch calendar.
    • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with all tiers of creators.
    • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing → negotiation → execution → reporting).
    • Set and track KPI performance (engagement, EMV, reach, conversion & ROI).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, content, e-commerce, performance).

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing (preferably beauty/FMCG).
    • Proven skills in managing KOL in-person and campaigns.
    • Strong network with Indonesian creators/influencer talent.
    • Strategic, analytical, high communication & negotiation skills.
    • Passion for beauty industry and trend culture.
    • Comfortable collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
