- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents and support staff.
- Set performance targets and provide coaching to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive agency growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the branch's market area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
- Provide training and development opportunities for branch staff & agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Agency Manager/Business Manager/Relationship Manager/Sales Person.
- Must have background and good understanding of non-life/general insurance.
- Established connection to agents, dealers, or direct business is strongly preferred
