    Key Responsibilities

    Head of Sales will oversee all learning centers in Indonesia, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, consistent quality standards, and achieving business goals. This role will directly supervise the Regional Managers and indirectly the Area Managers & Center Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

    Job Description
    • Supervise all centers in Indonesia, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
    • Set KPIs with the Sales team, manage budget, and report financial performance.
    • Ensure high work standards, address customer feedback, and implement strategies to improve student acquisition and retention.
    • Align with other departments (eg. L&D, Finance, Marketing, etc) to support company initiatives and contribute to overall company strategy.
    • Assist with expansion efforts by staying informed on local market trends.

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or service industry.
    • Proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and customer service.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming operational challenges.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards across all locations.
