Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales position in the Data Center division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales objectives. The role also involves collaborating with teams to understand customer needs and offering tailored solutions in Data Center products and services. Regularly engaging with clients and attending business meetings will be core to achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills for achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- Knowledge of Data Center solutions, power systems, and related technical products, with the ability to present and explain them effectively to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities to identify and develop opportunities while managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Experience in the technology or data center sector is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
