- Channel Sales and Revenue Achievement
- Responsible for achieving sales, revenue, collection, and market share targets through the company's channel sales ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
- Drive commercial performance by expanding the market presence through indirect sales channels.
- Partner and Customer Relationship Management
- Consolidate and manage relationships with key channel partners and customers, building long-term trust and collaboration.
- Support partner development strategies and strengthen engagement across the distribution network.
- Channel Business Development
- Identify new channel sales opportunities and market potential across the ICT and telecommunications sectors.
- Proactively deliver sales insights and leads to both internal teams and external partners to increase market share and drive growth.
- Project Coordination and Channel Enablement
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project success within the channel ecosystem.
- Lead effective project operations, ensuring timely execution and alignment with partner goals.
- Transaction & Risk Management
- Oversee the full channel transaction lifecycle, including pricing, deal structuring, and order execution.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks to ensure smooth, profitable operations and business continuity.
- Education: at least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- Years of Experience: at least 8 years of experience in Channel Sales and Strategic Partnerships.
- Industry Expertise: Telecommunication or ICT industry, with demonstrated knowledge of enterprise business processes and ICT technology, including selling enterprise products and solutions.
- Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).
- Technical Expertise: proven track record of managing channel partner relationships; experience in channel partner management is highly desirable, with experience working with distributors, including resellers, retailers, etc.
- Preferred Expertise: prior experience with well-known technology providers like Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba (HPE network) is preferred, or considerable brands that manufactures routers, switches, wifi, hub products/solutions.
- Professional Qualities: strong capabilities in customer relationship development and project management.

Job Role
