- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling HRrelated documentation.
- Support employee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Another task as assigned・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from reputable university・Prior 1 year experience in HR and/or general affairs functions, preferably in a multinational environment.・Proficiency in English languages both written and spoken・Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information and documentation.・Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software for data management and reporting.
