- Project Planning and Coordination, collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor progress and provide timely updates to project stakeholders, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of construction progress, change orders, and as-built drawings The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Management and Engineering or related roles preferably in Smelter or Mineral Mining Projects
- Have basic understanding of Mineral Mining business process
