Technical problem diagnosis and analysis performance optimization working closely with product team to handle a bug issue release researching or debugging technical issues writing reports regarding product problems reviewing product change requests monitoring daily issues and giving solutions to clients analyzing daily issues and recommending improvement leading and managing daily issue update from team members.
