    Qualifications
    • Diploma or preferred Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Property Industry/retail/residences
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
    • Ability to analyze and provide solutions
    • Customer service-oriented and detail-focused
    • Good negotiation skills, high integrity and ability to interact with clients and colleagues
    • Quality oriented
    • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and Mandarin (as a plus)
    • Understand the use of chemicals (2)
    • Understand daily operational housekeeping (2)
