Head of Network Planning - Tangerang

Job summary

Oversee network planning by analyzing funnel capex to improve cost per home passed. Ensure strategic operations of construction scenarios in the field. Provide high-level design of all roll-out projects. Develop low-level design guidelines including technical regulations for vendors. Develop quality assurance process of network infrastructure for quality sampling of the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant work experience in the field of network planning and design. 5 years of managerial role.
• Proven experience in leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, focusing on network rollout and expansion
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects successfully.
• Technical skills: End to End Technical View, Geographical Information Systems, Network planning and optimization, Change Management, Digital Literacy, Fixed Broadband Access Networks, Problem Solving (Troubleshooting, Process Improvement, Program Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to propose new areas including calculating the infrastructure capacity.
• Lead the design of network architecture, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct capacity planning to anticipate network traffic growth and ensure the network can accommodate increasing demands.
• Develop the process of quality assurance implementation to sampling quality checking of network construction from the vendor.
• Develop and set quality standards targets for construction vendors.
• Develop the process of network infrastructure analytics to make the strategic plan for roll-out projects and monitor progress.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
• Manage all processes for project documents & report availability to ensure each process is done according to standard.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards related to Network Standards.
• Identify and assess potential risks in the network capacity and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
