    About Our Client

    Our client is a multinational tech logistics company who has strong presence in South-East Asia. They have >200 gateways, more than 7 thousand transporting vehicles, and more than 20 thousands operational outlets. Currently very aggressive in expanding the business and is looking for a strong legal litigation manager on deck.

    Job Description

    1. Litigation Strategy and Management:
    2. Develop and execute effective litigation strategies in alignment with the company's overall legal objectives.
    3. Oversee and manage all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
    5. Conduct thorough risk assessments related to legal actions, providing proactive advice on potential legal issues.
    6. Implement risk mitigation measures and advise business units on best practices to minimize legal exposure.
    7. Collaboration and Communication:
    8. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operational teams, to gather information relevant to legal proceedings.
    9. Communicate effectively with external legal counsel and represent the company's interests in negotiations and court proceedings.
    10. Legal Research and Analysis:
    11. Stay abreast of industry-specific legal developments, regulations, and case law.
    12. Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team in making informed decisions.
    13. Contract Review and Drafting:
    14. Review and assess contracts for potential legal risks, proposing modifications or amendments as necessary.
    15. Draft and negotiate contracts with an emphasis on litigation avoidance.
    16. Compliance Oversight:
    17. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal obligations within the logistics, manufacturing, and retail electronics domains.
    18. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance legal awareness within the organization. The Successful Applicant
    19. Law Degree.
    20. Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (PERADI Licensed).
    21. 7-8 years of progressive experience in legal litigation, preferably within the logistics, manufacturing, or retail electronics industry.
    22. Strong understanding of contract law, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance.
    23. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    24. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    25. Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
