    Deskripsi

    Job Description

    • Drive sales of ARKA's drone shows and technology-powered entertainment experiences.
    • Develop and manage relationships with government institutions, BUMN, corporate brands, and agency partners.
    • Lead pitching, proposal development, and tender processes.
    • Translate client objectives into compelling, creative, and executable experience concepts.
    • Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and operations teams to deliver seamless executions.
    • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to ARKA's long-term growth.


    Job Requirement

    • s3 – 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Account Executive, preferably in the event, entertainment, or creative agency industry
    • .Background in Event Organizer (EO), especially in handling government projects and large-scale corporate events, will be a strong advantage
    • .Fluent in English, both written and spoken
    • .Strong exposure to government, BUMN, and large-scale corporate events, including tender-based projects
    • .Well-connected with key stakeholders across government institutions, corporate brands, agencies, and event partners
    • .Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills
    • .Solid understanding of event execution and production workflows
    • .Confident, proactive, target-driven, and highly persuasive
    • .Passionate about technology-based entertainment and experiential events
    • .Up-to-date with event trends and formats, with strong awareness of various event types and industry developments
