    Responsibilities
    • Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
    • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on outcomes and ROI
    • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
    • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Stay updated on HR training trends, tools, and best practices

    Requirements
    • Proven experience in HR training, learning & development, or talent development
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze training needs and measure program effectiveness
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (preferred)
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
