Job summary
This Business Analyst will gather analyze and document business requirements from insurance stakeholders translate business needs into functional requirements user stories , process flows . Analyze document insurance business processes policy administration underwriting claims billing customer management . Collaborate closely with Product Owners Developers QA Project Managers throughout the SDLC . Prepare maintain Business Requirement Documents Functional Specification Documents other related artifacts Support SIT UAT by preparing test scenarios reviewing test cases validating results Facilitate workshops discussions requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders Identify gaps risks improvement opportunities existing insurance systems processes Ensure solutions comply regulatory security internal policies Support change management activities production deployment readinessResponsibilities
