    We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Analyst to join our company and support our sales department to ensure our organization reaches its sales goals each year. You will be responsible for analyzing sales in store-level. You need to have a strong relationship with the sales force in area including Sales Executive, Area Sales Supervisor, and Area Sales Manager.

    Job Description:

    • Building communication with Sales Team, gaining insight regarding issues in store.
    • Responsible for creating report regarding achievement, attendance, daily report sales, cost ratio rate and Sales Team productivity rate.
    • Have good analyze and strategy for managing Sales Team to increase good performance and GMV.
    • Organizing data to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
    • Coordinating with every stakeholder (Salesman, Area Sales Supervisor, and Area Sales Manager).
    • Compiling monthly sales reports.
    • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if request.
    • Analyzing sales performances.
    • Giving insights to the management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum bachelor's degree from reputable university.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, sales analyst, or a similar role from FMCG/Retail company. (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply)
    • Fluent in English
    • Ability to use an advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
    • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
    • Familiarity with data analyzing
    • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to use an advanced skill in SQL
    • Able to join ASAP
    • Willing to follow WFO policy (Location: Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
