- Oversee all production operations, including Production, Production Planning, Maintenance, Warehouse & Logistics departments.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Deputy General Manager to develop and implement operating systems tailored to company's specific needs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, implementing quality systems and continuous improvement processes as necessary.
- Manage a large workforce, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Utilize extensive experience in heavy manufacturing or fabrication to optimize production flow and maximize output.
- Lead efforts to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed production targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to enhance operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a heavy manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong knowledge of production flow concepts, quality systems, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing large teams in a relatively unautomated production environment.
- Proficiency in the use of hydraulic production equipment and welding processes preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee all production operations.
