Senior B2B Sales Executive - East Jakarta

We are currently representing one of our clients, a well-established company specializing in professional training, certification, and consulting services.They are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales professional who can drive revenue growth, expand client networks, and build strong long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through the promotion of training, certification, and consulting solutions.
Conduct B2B prospecting, canvassing, telemarketing, and meeting arrangements to expand the client base.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and issues to ensure satisfaction and protect company reputation.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM, including activities, notes, and progress updates.
Monitor ongoing projects and ensure smooth after-sales processes through coordination with internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Public Relations, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, including at least 3 years in relevant industries such as training, IT consulting, or technology solutions.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong ability to quickly understand IT products/services and translate them into client value.
Customer-focused, results-driven, and persistent in achieving goals.
Excellent sales capabilities, including negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle and ability to manage it independently.
Analytical mindset with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsive, professional, and well-organized.
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on technology trends.
