Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing brand positioning initiatives. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and overseeing digital marketing efforts to maximize brand reach and engagement.
Drive revenue growth by managing and conveting digital marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities within the Group Company. Own the process from digital campaign execution through to lead nurturing and handoff (or closing) with sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (ads, content, email, social) for all brands
- Manage inbound lead flow from website, landing pages, social media, and digital ads
- Qualify, score, and nuture leads using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales to set criteria for SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and ensure smooth handover
- Track and analyze lead conversion metrics; report on pipeline and campaign ROI
- Test and refine messaging for different industries and buyer personas
- Coordinate with brand teams for consistent messaging and campaign execution
- Support webinars, virtual events, and online product launches
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, activities and outcomes
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research, Consumer Analysis, and Competitive Landscape Assessment
- Experience in Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Management, and Branding
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Strategies, SEO, and Email Campaigns
- Proven expertise in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Performance Metrics Evaluation
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration abilities
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Prior experience in technology or cybersecurity industries is preferred
