About the Role

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for handling the procurement process of goods and services, supplier management, and ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies. The position requires strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to support production and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in a manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement process, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work at Subang Factory, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for direct and indirect materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements.
• Support production and engineering departments in sourcing new materials and components.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with company policy and ethical standards.
