Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience & CRM Supervisor located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves overseeing and improving customer relationship management processes, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and managing customer feedback. Additional responsibilities include creating strategies to enhance retention, coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing customer data for insights, and ensuring effective use of CRM tools and systems.
