We are looking for an experienced Area Manager with a passion for watches industry. As the spearhead in the Java area, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stores excel in operational efficiency, sales, and customer satisfactionJob Requirements
- Have min. 3 years working experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or a similar senior sales role.
- Proven experience in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence. (preferably from the watches industry).
- Has knowledge in the watches industry, especially in product and business process knowledge.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Agility to adapt and work under fast-paced environment.
- Communicative, good negotiation skill, customer oriented, good attention to detail, persistent to achieve target.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta/Surabaya.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple retail stores within the Java areas, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and service protocols.
- Create program promotion for sales activity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze area market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Train, motivate, and support store supervisor and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
