- Minimum of 15 years of experience in plantation management, agricultural operations, or related industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of plantation operations, agricultural practices, and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across diverse functions and levels.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and performance improvement.
