Join our team as a Store Supervisor and lead a dynamic sales team towards success We're looking for a target-oriented, customer-focused, and fashion-savvy leader to drive sales and deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and give good direction to the Sales Team
• Need to be able to sell
• Prioritize customer satisfaction
• Target oriented and have a great urge to sell
• Selling fashion luxury brands
• Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a fashion consultant to customers
• Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
• Controlling product stock availability
• Controlling product and display material is in good condition
• Controlling the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• At least have a Diploma's/Bachelor's degree from reputable academy/university
• Minimum 3 years leading sales team in retail industry
• Customer-oriented with excellent service skills
• High attention to details
• Having skills to do customer behavior analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Excellent and effective problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
• Willing to work on holidays and full shift
