Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Officer to manage the end-to-end process of identifying, negotiating, and securing land for development projects. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, understands land laws and documentation, and is comfortable working with landowners, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels for acquisition based on project requirements
• Conduct land feasibility studies, site inspections, and preliminary due diligence
• Negotiate land prices, terms, and agreements with landowners and stakeholders
• Coordinate with legal teams on land titles, agreements, and compliance matters
• Liaise with government authorities for approvals, permits, and land-related processes
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and acquisition records
• Monitor land acquisition timelines to ensure projects proceed as planned
• Resolve land-related issues, disputes, or ownership concerns
• Keep up to date with land laws, zoning regulations, and market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Law, Business, or a related field
• years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or property development
• Strong knowledge of land laws, titles, and local regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously
• Willingness to travel for site visits and stakeholder meetings
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation
