We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B division.Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Banquets) to ensure compliance with 4-star service and hygiene standards.
- Financials: Manage F&B budgets, P&L analysis, and strictly control food & beverage costs (COGS) and operational expenses.
- Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the service and kitchen teams to maximize productivity and service quality.
