Job summary
We need a regional retail operator who can handle sales, manage operations and lead a team to make the regional stores benchmarks.Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination: Manage directly operated and authorized stores set sales plans and targets and lead the region to achieve higher market share.
- Operational Implementation: Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency.
- Team Empowerment: Lead the regional team conduct training build a talent pipeline and increase the number of reliable personnel.
- Muli-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with new retail platforms to promote business maintain good relationships with authorized dealers suppliers ensure successful cooperation.
