Job summary
Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Mobile Sales Force Tele.
Responsibilities
- Doing product sales especially for credit card product by contacting/identify needs from both existing customer and new customers through a Telesales environment.
- Identify and provide product descriptions to the customers need, responsible for utilizing the database on daily basis and ensure that everything is properly handled and managed.
- Responsible for achieving individual key performance indicators whilst maintaining quality and compliance.
