About the Role:

We are seeking a professional to maintain good relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) offline merchants who utilize our merchant applications. This role requires strong communication skills, sales target achievement, training provision for store staff on our application use, effective placement of promotional materials in-store, conducting socialization programs for store personnel, and handling assigned areas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sustain positive relationships with SME offline merchants using our Merchant Apps.


• Achieve set sales targets within designated areas.


• Provide comprehensive training sessions to store staff on utilizing our Merchants Apps effectively.


• Ensure timely placement of point-of-purchase promotion material throughout stores.


• Liaise closely with store staff through informative socialization programs highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
