- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of all project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, task assignment, and tracking of results through daily record keeping (actual vs planned)
- Continuously review and enhance the performance of the project team.
- Responsible for promoting and ensuring the health and safety of all project activities, employees, contractors, and visitors by actively implementing both company and industry best practices.
- Take charge of daily project activities and collaborate closely with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) personnel and project team members, specifically in the areas of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Method standards.
- Effectively manage and control costs associated with all project activities by monitoring and comparing them to the agreed-upon budget.
- Deliver progress reports on project activities and provide coaching to enhance the skill levels of project team members, aligning with the predetermined skill development targets. The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with manufacturing plant or factories project portfolio
- Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction and engineering principles
- Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
- Familiar with construction and project management software programs such as Auto CAD 3D, SAP 2000, Tekla, etc.
