The Project Management Officer plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of projects by providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting with various project management tasks. Their work helps ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.

• Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
• All employees are using procedures or work instructions and ensure conformance to ISO 9001:2000
• Project KPI, by providing project execution data to the project coordinator
• Digital, ensuring all the project stakeholders using the project management communication tool for communication and data management
• Data Analytics, by keying in data for input, reviewing, monitoring, and controlling the output from the enterprise business system
