    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our sales, marketing, and operational initiatives in the branch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales and Marketing Leadership: Direct all sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and meet business objectives.
    2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of local market conditions, identifying current and prospective sales opportunities.
    3. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' pricing and sales strategies to inform our own tactics.
    4. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed performance targets, including NPS and grade improvement metrics.
    5. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to drive sales growth and achieve shared goals.
    6. Operational Oversight: Direct and manage all facilities and operational aspects, including product distribution, customer experience, and staff management.
    7. Customer Experience: Ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys, delivering exceptional service and support.
    8. Branch Management: Coordinate and manage branch staff, including administration, teaching, security, and office personnel.
    9. Product Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product Team on application-related matters to ensure alignment and success.
    10. Academic Process: Direct and monitor the academic process in the branch, including scheduling, quality control, pedagogy, and class rating.

    Requirements

    1. Education: Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university.
    2. Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (preferably in an educational or start-up setting).
    3. Linguistic Skills: Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
    4. Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possessing good knowledge in people management.
    5. Educational Background: Some knowledge or experience in K-12 Education (SD, SMP, SMA Grade) is advantageous.
